This is an enormous challenge for everyone. The virus is impacting people of every age, race, gender, and income level. We are in this together. During this stressful time, it’s important to look not only at our physical health, but our emotional health as well. Consider reviewing the CDC’s site on Stress & Coping.
While practicing social distancing, take advantage of technology. Zoom, FaceTime, Facebook Messenger, whatsapp - all allow you to connect via video with friends, family, and colleagues.
While we adjust to our new roles and situation, let’s remember to be kind, look out for one another, take care of our health, and stay calm. This too shall pass and we will come out stronger on the other side.
